Credit union office has reopened.

Due to a power outage at the credit union office caused by yesterday’s blizzard, the office was forced to close. Watch for updates here.

Updated Thursday 12:50 p.m.: Power has been restored and the credit union is open.

In-Person & Remote Account Access

Members can access their accounts as always at any CO-OP Shared Branch location (find a location near you here).  To use a CO-OP Shared Branch, all you need is your account number and your government-issued photo ID.  Shared Branches can accept deposits and payments, make cash or check withdrawals and perform other transactions.

For additional account access, you can continue to use your Visa Debit Card and Visa Credit Card at merchants and ATMs. Certain CO-OP Network ATMs also accept deposits. The ATM located at our office is out of service.

As always, account information is available through It’sMe247 Online Banking.

Communicating with Us

For now, credit union staff will continue to answer phones remotely, but will not be able to provide any account information—only general information can be provided—please login to It’sMe247 for detailed account information. You can also leave a message for staff via text message to (303) 425-6627.

Transaction Processing

Credit union data processing will continue normally, including processing of electronic transactions such as direct deposits, automated payments, transaction authorizations, check clearing, etc.

Thank you for your patience while we work through this outage. If we are unable to re-open by Thursday afternoon, 3/14/2019, additional information will be posted here regarding plans for resuming normal operations.

Please note: BCSCU has multiple power feeds into our office, so we do have partial power supplying some lights, etc., however equipment necessary for member service remains down.
