Most likely you will need cash and fast, but you are worried about carrying too much cash. Well, you can feel safer by visiting the credit union to purchase your American Express Travelers Cheques. Members with Direct Deposit or a Share Draft Account can obtain unlimited Travelers Cheques free of charge. However, if you don't have a share draft account with us you can still purchase Travelers Cheques at low cost of $0.50 per $100.00. Just come into our office and we can provide you with Travelers Cheques and ease your mind so you can enjoy your travels! Money OrdersMoney orders provide a safe alternative to sending cash through the mail and they are as good as cash when you do not have time to let a check clear. Our Money orders are issued by Traveler's Express and cost $1.00 each. There is a $1,000.00 limit per money order.Lost and stolen money orders are traced by Traveler's Express for a small fee. You can obtain the necesary form from one of our Member Services Representatives and forward it to Traveler's Express. They will resolve the problem in 30 days. Compare our low fee to other financial institutions fees of $2.50 each! Notary PublicBCS Community Credit Union offers free Notary Public service during our regular business hours.
